A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Service Coordinator to join our Association. The Service Coordinator will be based in our offices in Salford. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.
Purpose of the role
- To develop and deliver a person-centred support package that is tailored to the needs of each young person accessing the service.
- To protect, support and educate young people about incidents and safeguarding in a person centred way to meet the needs and ensure safety of the young people within our accommodation in line with the Associations values, policies and procedures.
- To develop, promote and deliver direct, planned and structured one to one activities and group sessions co-designed with our Young People in line with support and coproduction plans.
- You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos.
