A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Cleaner to join our Association. The Cleaner will be based in our offices in Alfreton. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.
Purpose of the role
To maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across supported accommodation properties for looked after and care leavers, and to carry out full void turnarounds to ensure rooms and communal areas are safe, welcoming, and ready for new residents. The role plays a key part in creating a positive living environment that supports young people transitioning to independent living. You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Associations values, culture, and ethos.
