A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Concierge Team Leader to join our Association. The Team Leader will be based in our offices in Bolton.
Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.
Purpose of the role:
- To supervise and coordinate the team to ensure the provision of a point of contact overnight and an on-site presence out of hours in our supported accommodation services ensuring the safety and security of the building and our tenants, residents and service users (TRS).
- To provide effective leadership and management in line with relevant standards.
- Supervising a team of staff to ensure that individuals are safeguarded out of hours through awareness of escalation of concern process, reporting concerns to relevant agencies and recording information on systems and in staff communication books.
- You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture, and ethos.
