A fulfilling and exciting opportunity to join our Association. The Concierge will be based in our offices in Stoke and support vulnerable individuals and households by providing a reception service, keeping the building safe and secure. They will be a point of contact for service users needing assistance, responsible for project standards, repairs monitoring and other administrative duties, deal with crisis situations, and maintain professional service within the Association’s Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a reception service to keep the building safe and secure.
  • Serve as a point of contact for service users who may require assistance.
  • Maintain project standards and monitor repairs.
  • Perform other administrative duties relevant to the role.
  • Deal with crisis situations and ensure a good standard of professional service.
  • Work within the Association’s Policies and Procedures.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association’s values, culture, and ethos.
