Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to provide housing management support to people with multiple and complex needs, including those who have lost their home or were rough sleeping.
You will assess eligibility, complete safety tasks and home inspections, and help service users develop budgeting and financial inclusion skills.
The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with a shift 8am–10pm, some weekends.
