The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be based in our offices in St Helens and will provide advice and assistance to service users to manage and sustain their tenancy, enabling them to live independently. The role requires effective, professional relationships with colleagues and external agencies, and it contributes to the Association’s values, culture and ethos.
