Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd in Leicester is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our team. The role is based in our Leicester offices, delivering customer focussed tenancy services and ensuring effective management of housing tenancies.
You will co-ordinate tenancy management and rent collection, ensure fair access and allocation of vacant properties, maintain health and safety and property standards, and work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to support.
