A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Service Coordinator to join our Association. The Service Coordinator will be based in our offices in Cheshire.

Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.

Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd. is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults accessing our services. We expect all staff, volunteers, and workers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check, scrutiny of employment history and robust references checks. Please note applicants must be authorised to work in the UK as we are unable to provide Visa sponsorships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a person-centred support package that is tailored to the needs of each person accessing the service.
  • Protect, support and educate individuals accessing the service about incidents and safeguarding in a person-centred way to meet the needs and ensure safety of the people within our accommodation in line with the Association’s values, policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association’s values, culture and ethos.
