A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Team Leader to join our Association. The Team Leader will be based in our offices in Leicester.

About Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd.: Supports vulnerable individuals and households. Provides quality housing, tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.

Purpose of the role: To supervise and coordinate the team to ensure the day-to-day delivery of high quality, reliable support service tailored to the specific needs of each young person entering our children’s services, promoting independence and choice in accordance with the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted Supported Accommodation Standards. To provide first line management and supervise a team of staff to ensure that young people are safeguarded, supported and receive person centred support within our accommodation in accordance with people policies, statement of purpose, legislation and OFSTED standards.
