Purpose of the role
- Provide a concierge service to keep the building safe and secure.
- Act as the point of contact for service users who may require assistance in an emergency or crisis situation.
- Deliver a good standard of professional service in line with the Association's Policies and Procedures.
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos.
