A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a waking night concierge in our young people’s supported accommodation service in Leicester.

About Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd:

  • Supports vulnerable individuals and households.
  • Provides quality housing, tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realize their full potential.

Purpose of the role:

  • Provide out-of-hours assistance to 5 young people within a 24-hour supported accommodation setting.
  • Monitor the service over the weekend from 08:30 – 21:00 on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Respond to incidents, support young people, and follow procedures to ensure safety and security.
  • Work alone on-site during out-of-hours periods, demonstrating persuasiveness when handling incidents.
  • Respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns, anti-social behaviour, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Contribute to maintaining and developing the organisation’s values, culture, and ethos.
