A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Service Coordinator to join our Association. The Service Coordinator will be based in our offices in Alfreton.

Purpose of the role

• To develop and deliver a person-centred support package that is tailored to the needs of each young person accessing the service.
• To protect, support and educate young people about incidents and safeguarding in a person centred way to meet the needs and ensure safety of the young people within our accommodation in line with the Association’s values, policies and procedures.
• You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association’s values, culture and ethos.
