As a Revenue Marketing Specialist reporting to the Head of Revenue Marketing for Regulatory Technology, you'll play a critical role in driving demand generation and pipeline growth for Nasdaq's surveillance and compliance solutions. Based in London, you'll work as a close partner to our sales and business development teams, translating market insight into campaigns that move the needle.

You'll thrive in this role if you're data-driven, commercially minded, and energised by working at the intersection of marketing and sales in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales and business development teams to design and execute marketing programmes that accelerate pipeline and support revenue targets.
  • Develop and optimise integrated, multi-channel campaigns tailored to the surveillance and compliance sectors across EMEA and the Americas.
  • Build and manage demand generation initiatives — from targeting strategy to reporting — directly tied to business objectives for the Nasdaq Surveillance portfolio.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing teams, including content, product, events, and digital marketing, to deliver a seamless prospect experience.
  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics — including leads, pipeline contribution, and business influence — to continuously optimise programme effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within financial services or a regulated industry.
  • Proven ability to design and execute account-based marketing or demand generation programmes in close collaboration with sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing platforms and CRM tools to measure and improve campaign performance.
  • Clear communicator who works effectively across global, matrixed teams and with external agency partners.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms used in enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to global campaign execution across EMEA and Americas markets.

This position is located in London and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment with at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
