You’ll be part of Adthena’s Product team in London, working with top AI specialists. The team focuses on user‑centric design and data‑driven solutions that deliver tangible value to customers and business objectives.
What You’ll Do
As a Product Manager for the Data and Data Science team, you will own the data product backlog, innovate new ideas to improve performance, accuracy, and cost of Adthena data, and drive the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle across engineering, design, and data science.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision
Lead the evolution of the product vision and strategy for Adthena\’s data platform and services, ensuring alignment with company objectives. - Shape, plan, and prioritize the data team’s backlog focused on performance, architecture, and cost.
- Develop a comprehensive data product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business viability and impact.
- Act as a key evangelist for the product vision across the organization.
- Coordinate with CTO and Tech Leads to prioritize and plan work for data and data science teams.
- Product Development & Execution
Translate complex data infrastructure needs into well‑defined product requirements and user stories. - Lead end‑to‑end product development for significant data capabilities and platform features.
- Provide product management support around backlog creation, prioritization, and GTM activities.
- Serve as product owner for the data engineering team, managing backlog and fostering an agile environment.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout development, ensuring timely delivery.
- Market & Internal Customer Focus
Champion internal customer‑centricity, uncover latent needs, and validate hypotheses through research. - Build strong relationships with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and strategic partners.
- Become the domain expert in Adthena’s data architectures and models.
- Collaborate with other PMs on features dependent on data capabilities.
- Coordinate with marketing and support to bring data features to market via GTM processes.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
- Product Ownership & Performance
Own strategic objectives for a significant data platform area and measure success using KPIs focused on performance, scalability, reliability, and cost‑efficiency. - Track and analyze key metrics, derive insights, and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for platform optimization and growth.
- Collaboration & Innovation
Drive effective collaboration across Engineering, Design, Data, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Success. - Lead ideation sessions for complex data challenges.
- Communicate product updates and strategic rationale to stakeholders.
- Industry Awareness
Keep up‑to‑date with data engineering, instrumentation, data lake, and validation trends in MarTech/AdTech. - Maintain expert knowledge of emerging technologies and competitive landscape.
- Contribute to thought leadership within the product organization.

Required Experience
- Data‑related product owner, data engineer, senior data analyst, or data scientist background.
- Experience with market research to articulate opportunities, competitive analysis, or customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to build business cases for new products/features.
- Comfort setting KPIs for product streams and driving toward success metrics.
- Up‑to‑date with GenAI tools and ways of working.
- Experience delivering a data engineering and/or instrumentation roadmap with software engineering teams.
- Back‑end experience with high‑transaction data platforms.
- Ability to own and deliver a data product roadmap.
- Excellent communication of concepts to stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of agile methods (Scrum or Kanban) and tools like Jira.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and associated technologies.
- Proficiency in Python, APIs, SQL, and data analytics.
