What you’ll do at Adthena

As Customer & Product Marketing Manager, you will drive customer engagement, product adoption, and go-to-market success at Adthena. In this exciting cross-functional role, you'll lead targeted campaigns across email, in-app (via Pendo), and blog content to announce new product releases, support lifecycle journeys, and surface customer success stories. You'll manage our monthly product newsletter, coordinate Customer Advisory Board sessions, and create compelling in-app experiences. With experience in Google Ads, HubSpot, and ideally Planhat, you’ll play a key role in turning product momentum into customer value, helping teams across CS, Sales, and Product stay aligned and informed.

Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Initiatives: Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to plan and execute GTM strategies for new product releases (e.g., Ask Arlo, Search Performance Score, Brand Activator updates). Develop targeted communications across email, in-app messages, login page promotions, and blog content to announce new features and benefits.
  • Monthly Product Newsletter: Manage the creation and distribution of the Exact Match Newsletter via HubSpot, highlighting recent product updates, upcoming alpha programs, CAB invitations, and relevant industry news.
  • Case Studies & Customer Stories: Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify and develop compelling case studies that showcase the value delivered to customers and agencies. Publish and promote these stories on the website and through sales enablement materials.
  • Customer Lifecycle Strategy: Design and implement an 18-month content strategy segmented across the customer lifecycle using HubSpot and Pendo. Develop onboarding materials for months 1–3 and introduce advanced features and reports in subsequent phases to drive continuous engagement.
  • Customer Advisory Board (CAB): Coordinate with Product Managers to prepare content for quarterly CAB sessions. Lead 3-hour Zoom meetings, capture key takeaways, and share insights with the Management Team to inform product strategy.
  • In-App Walkthroughs (Pendo): Create engaging in-app guides, videos, and illustrations to help customers understand and adopt new features. Segment content by audience type or specific application areas to enhance relevance and effectiveness.
  • Customer Surveys: Develop and distribute segmented surveys via HubSpot and Pendo to assess renewal sentiment, product satisfaction, and feature feedback. Analyse results to inform product development and customer success strategies.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in customer and product marketing, preferably within a SaaS or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads and paid search strategies.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Pendo, and ideally Planhat.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success & Account Management teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
