We’re looking for a driven and commercially‑mindful French‑speaking Account Executive to accelerate Adthena’s growth in the French market. In this role you’ll own the full sales cycle—prospecting, consultative discovery, compelling demos, and closing high‑value SaaS deals—while driving market penetration across digital agencies and enterprise brands in France.

Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition in France, complementing the UK & US markets, focusing on digital agencies and enterprise brands and connecting with C‑level executives.
- Consistently build external technical and business champions to land new logos, targeting >$800,000 – $1 million ARR annual quota.
- Partner with internal champions to deliver ROI assessments that prove the value of the Adthena solution and close strategic deals.
- Generate 20‑30% of your sales pipeline independently, with the rest supported by BDRs, Marketing & Partnerships, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously across the funnel in under 100 days.
- Negotiate and close contracts, achieving a 30% win rate.
- Apply the Adthena Sales playbook consistently.
- Master MEDDPICC methodology to grow and win opportunities.
- Run structured, value‑led discovery sessions linking customer pain to business impact.
- Conduct clean, well‑structured meetings with UFCs (unified final customers) and set clear next steps.
- Use ROI models and success stories to drive urgency and alignment.
- Leverage native‑level French language skills and market knowledge to build trust and influence decision makers.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of direct SaaS sales experience selling enterprise‑level solutions with complex sales cycles.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken); confident engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record selling to the French market within the ad‑tech, mar‑tech, or digital marketing sector.
- Strong experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Consultative, solution‑oriented sales style with ability to uncover customer pain points.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Self‑starter mentality with drive to build new business in a growth market.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and modern GTM/sales engagement tools.
- Collaborative mindset comfortable working cross‑functionally with SDRs, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.
- Experience applying MEDDPICC or similar value‑selling methodologies.
