Role Overview: We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with strong full stack development experience, ideally with a background in building applications within SaaS. As CTO, you will lead our technical strategy, manage our in-house development team, and work closely with external partners to finalise the development of our MVP. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our AI-powered platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and technical strategy.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior developers, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and design.
- Oversee the integration of APIs and develop custom solutions.
- Collaborate with external partners (e.g., AWS, Shopify, UK Academic institutions) and key stakeholders to align on technical requirements and deliverables.
