Electrical Installation Engineering Supervisor Location: South-East England | Full-time | Competitive Package Training Progression Our expanding business is currently offering numerous exciting opportunities for qualified electrical engineers. About the role We\’re looking for motivated and hands-on Electrical Installation Engineering Supervisors to become part of our dynamic team of skilled engineers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge control systems and site-based electrical installations for key clients across the UK. You\’ll play a vital role in surveying, installing, commissioning, and supporting control systems and related equipment. While the position is primarily electrical, you\’ll also have the opportunity to learn and develop PLC programming skills through structured training — no prior programming experience needed. What You\’ll Do Lead and support the installation and commissioning of electrical control systems Ensure work is delivered to the highest standard, on time and in line with project requirements Travel to UK client sites (mostly within 3 hours) with occasional overnight stays (approx. 20% max) — hotels provided for longer commutes Work standard daytime hours with an early finish on Fridays Hours: Monday–Thursday: 08:30–17:15 Friday: 08:30–16:00 What we are looking for Minimum 2 years of hands-on electrical supervisory experience Recognised electrical qualifications: C&G, BTEC, NVQ3, ONC or HNC/HND, plus 18th Edition (BS7671:2018) ECS Gold card holder or eligibility (covered by company) SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (highly desirable) Experience in service, support, installation, or maintenance roles Knowledge of EPlan, AutoCAD, or similar design software is advantageous Familiarity with control panel design, manufacture, and installation Experience with PLC equipment installation and commissioning is a plus Strong communication skills — both verbal and written Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK Why Join Us?
