Controls Systems Integration Engineer

As a Controls Systems Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for the full life‑cycle delivery of projects, ensuring technical compliance and quality. You will attend meetings with clients to discuss design, surveys, software programming, configuration, testing and commissioning.

You will bring an innovative approach to problem‑solving, working with highly skilled engineers to develop and advance your career.

Ideal candidate will have prior knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMI, variable speed drives, and instrumentation products, and experience in producing project documentation.

Full‑time position: 08:30–17:15 Monday to Thursday and 08:30–16:00 Friday. Role may include UK site commissioning (short periods away from home).

Requirements

  • Previous control system experience (2+ years)
  • Software Engineering Degree and/or Electrical qualifications
  • Experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi PLCs or SCADA systems such as Wonderware, Iconics, Schneider or other platforms
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Clean UK driving licence
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
  • For lead positions: ability to motivate and manage a team of engineers (5+ years experience)
