About the Team
You'll join Adsquare's Sales Team, helping accelerate our growth across the UK and international agency landscape. Adsquare is a leading data and measurement partner in the programmatic and digital advertising ecosystem, helping advertisers connect digital media investment with real‑world audiences and outcomes. This role will have a particular focus on developing strategic relationships and revenue across Omnicom and IPG, alongside priority advertisers within Adsquare's ICP.
Your Mission
As Senior Sales Manager UK (f/m/d), you'll be a senior individual contributor within the Sales Team, reporting to the General Manager UK. You will own and grow strategic relationships across Omnicom and IPG in the UK and internationally, using an established senior network to unlock new opportunities with priority advertisers. You will act as a trusted commercial consultant, connecting Adsquare's data, targeting, optimisation and measurement capabilities to the needs of brands whose customers buy in, visit, or purchase through physical locations.
Your Profile
- 4+ years of successful sales or business development experience in programmatic advertising, data, adtech or measurement, with a strong track record of delivering revenue growth.
- Demonstrable experience selling specifically into Omnicom and IPG across the UK and/or international markets, with a strong understanding of their agency structures, buying teams and commercial decision-making processes.
- Strong existing relationships across Omnicom and IPG, from Heads of Programmatic and senior activation/data stakeholders through to Business Directors and other senior client leads.
- A proven network and track record across Adsquare's ICP brands - advertisers with physical stores, locations, venues or products sold through physical retail environments.
- Consultative sales capability: able to identify client challenges, build a commercial narrative, influence senior stakeholders and convert complex data and measurement solutions into revenue.
- Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with fluent English.
What You Will Do
- Own and grow strategic revenue across Omnicom and IPG, with a particular focus on priority UK and international agency teams and their advertiser portfolios.
- Develop and deepen senior relationships across programmatic, data, planning, investment and client leadership teams, creating access to Adsquare's priority ICP brands.
- Build a strong new‑business pipeline across brands with physical stores, locations or offline points of sale, positioning Adsquare around real‑world audience intelligence and outcomes.
- Lead consultative sales conversations from prospecting and discovery through to solution design, commercial negotiation and close, coordinating effectively with internal product, client services and leadership teams.
- Translate Adsquare's evolving product and technology capabilities into clear client value propositions and scalable commercial opportunities.
- Negotiate data usage and commercial agreements with key agency and advertiser partners.
- Represent Adsquare credibly with senior agency and advertiser stakeholders, communicating the company's value proposition, positioning and vision with clarity.
- Maintain a strong presence across the UK programmatic, agency and advertising community, using your existing network alongside targeted new‑business development to generate opportunities.

- Experience selling location intelligence, audience data, optimisation, attribution, measurement or other data‑driven advertising solutions.
- Existing relationships with major advertiser accounts across retail, QSR, automotive, travel, hospitality, FMCG/CPG or other sectors where real‑world customer behaviour is commercially important.
