About the Team
You will join the Global Client Success team, working closely with local UK Client Success leadership as well as Sales, Partnerships, Operations, and Product teams. The team is responsible for driving client adoption, campaign performance, and long-term growth across media agency and brand-direct relationships.
Your Mission
Your mission is to ensure the success, growth, and satisfaction of Adsquare’s UK clients. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, drive campaign performance, identify expansion opportunities, and act as a trusted partner for agencies and advertisers using Adsquare’s solutions.

Your Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Client Development, or similar roles within programmatic, data, ad agencies, or AdTech
- Proven or emerging ability to identify and execute business expansion opportunities
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and how UK media agency planning and buying teams operate
- Experience with real-time advertising, programmatic and/or paid social, advertising data solutions, or AdTech is a plus
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Partnerships, and Operations teams
- Highly organised, able to balance competing priorities effectively
- Comfortable working with data and performance analysis to extract insights and inform growth strategies
- Experience with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and BI tools (e.g. Tableau) is an advantage
- Fluent in English; additional EU languages are a plus but not required
What You Will Do
- Contribute to the Global Client Success team, reporting directly to UK Client Success leadership
- Own and manage an existing portfolio of media agency and brand-direct clients
- Balance client-facing responsibilities with technical and operational execution
- Develop and grow a defined book of business with clear revenue and growth targets
- Partner closely with UK Sales to identify and execute new opportunities
- Design and implement effective campaign solutions, including bespoke targeting strategies and measurement tracking
- Monitor, optimise, and troubleshoot campaigns to maximise performance and ROI
- Ensure high accuracy in forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking
- Meet clients in person at their offices in London and, occasionally, elsewhere in the UK
- Lead platform trainings to showcase Adsquare’s products and capabilities
- Run client workshops, Quarterly Business Reviews, and bi-annual strategic account planning sessions
