Your Profile
- 7+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or similar roles within AdTech, Digital Marketing, or SaaS
- Proven people leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex concepts into client-friendly solutions
- Data-driven mindset, experienced in using KPIs and metrics to measure team and client success
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Solid knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and media agency landscape
- Experience with location data solutions is a strong plus
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
What You Will Do
- As Head of Client Success UK, you will own client success strategy and execution for the UK market, ensuring strong adoption, retention, and growth of Adsquare solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the UK Client Success team, managing performance and professional development
- Act as the senior escalation point and trusted advisor for key UK clients
- Ensure smooth onboarding and drive long-term product adoption and engagement
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in close collaboration with Sales
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals and identify value creation opportunities
- Manage complex client escalations with professionalism and clear internal communication
- Track, analyse, and report on key client success KPIs
- Improve and scale onboarding, renewal, retention, and lifecycle management processes
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on case studies and go-to-market collateral
- Collaborate with Global Client Success teams to share best practices and align globally
- Gather customer feedback and work closely with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions
- Represent Adsquare at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
