We are seeking a strategic General Manager to lead this mature region into its next growth phase and optimise our commercial performance across the United Kingdom.

Your Mission

The General Manager UK will lead Adsquare’s commercial presence across the market. You will enter an already high‑performing region with the mandate to optimise operations, strengthen collaboration, and expand revenue within an established client base. You will operate as the "Market Integrator," aligning local sales execution with global objectives and ensuring all cross‑functional teams work cohesively to protect and grow our leadership position.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 8 years experience in sales within media, data, or programmatic environments, including team leadership in the UK market.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth in mature markets and optimising performance of established teams.
  • Experience with data‑driven selling and data partnerships.
  • Strong network across agencies, trading desks, brands and measurement teams in London and other UK hubs.
  • Skilled in cross‑functional alignment (CS, Marketing, Product) to ensure successful local execution.
  • Operates with drive, humility, transparent communication and a practical problem‑solving mindset.

What you will do

Leadership and Team Development

  • Manage, coach and develop the Sales team in the region, providing clarity and direction.
  • Own local team structure and resource allocation to meet global standards.
  • Build cohesion, accountability and continuous improvement within the local office.

Revenue Generation and Growth Strategy

  • Fully responsible for revenue performance across new business and expansion.
  • Execute the Global GTM Strategy locally and ensure activity and pipeline delivery.
  • Lead platform monetisation and key commercial negotiation with major agencies and brands.

Local Market Execution & Alignment

  • Build and execute the UK market strategy, coordinating CS, Marketing, Platform, People and Finance.
  • Lead high‑level external stakeholder conversations to advance growth and unlock complexities.
  • Drive local planning and cross‑functional projects to support regional strategy execution.

Budget & Strategic Insights

  • Manage T&E budget for the UK market.
  • Serve as the voice of the region, translating customer and market feedback into strategic recommendations.
  • Align resource needs with global leadership to ensure market success.
