Role Description
The Assembly Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day assembly operations within ADS Laser Cutting's on-site facility in Leicester. This full-time role includes planning and coordinating assembly workflows, managing schedules, and allocating resources to meet production targets and customer deadlines. The Assembly Manager leads and supports assembly teams, ensuring work is completed to high quality standards and in compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations. The role involves monitoring performance, resolving operational issues, implementing process improvements, and collaborating closely with design, fabrication, and quality departments. The Assembly Manager also contributes to training, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining a positive, safe, and efficient working environment.
Qualifications
