About Anglia Door Systems (ADS): With 23 years of regional authority, Anglia Door Systems (ADS) is the leading provider of industrial door installations, rapid 24/7 emergency repairs, and planned preventative maintenance across the East of England. Based in Thetford, we are the dependable technical partners for facility managers, warehouse owners, and commercial landlords in sectors like Manufacturing, Defence, Supermarkets, Transport, and Cold Chain Storage. We are expanding our presence in Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire. To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced commercial professional to drive our maintenance service division.

The Role: This is a dual-focus B2B sales position offering direct ownership of the full sales cycle for planned maintenance contracts. You won't just be dialing out from a desk; you will have the autonomy to conduct site visits across East Anglia, audit door counts, meet facility managers face-to-face, and secure long-term service agreements.

Your focus will be split 50/50:

  • Account Growth (50%): Re-engage and cross-sell maintenance packages to our database of existing, active customer accounts who have utilised ADS services over the last 12 months.
  • New Business (50%): Identify, target, and convert new commercial accounts across the region, utilising lead-generation tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to reach key decision-makers.

You will take full ownership of each service contract from initial outreach through to closing the deal. Once converted, the account is handed over to our dedicated Account Management team, allowing you to focus on developing the next opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Service Revenues: Proactively sell planned preventative maintenance packages to high-density industrial and commercial sites across the East of England.
  • Reactivate & Cross-Sell: Work through our Pipedrive database to cross-sell comprehensive maintenance schemes to clients who have used us for installation or emergency repairs in the past year.
  • Site Audits & Consultative Sales: Conduct on-site door audits across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire to assess facility requirements, gather door counts, and deliver tailored quotes.
  • Modern Prospecting: Utilise Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and local network intelligence to build a qualified pipeline of facility and operations managers.
  • End-to-End Deal Ownership: Lead negotiations and close maintenance contracts before transitioning fully-fledged clients to internal account managers.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven B2B Sales Track Record: Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, key account growth, or field sales, with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
  • Commercial Drive: Comfortable managing a pipeline that balances warm account development with proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Field Mobility: Willingness to travel across East Anglia for site surveys and client meetings using our company pool cars (valid UK driving license required).
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with modern CRM platforms (e.g., Pipedrive) and prospecting tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Industry Agnostic: Prior experience in industrial doors is not required. We provide full technical training; what matters is your sales capability, commercial acumen, and consultative closing ability.
