We are looking for a candidate with advanced knowledge, strong experience and a great attitude for QuickBooks. You will work closely with the management on full bookkeeping for a group of small companies including the processing of daily transactions, sales, purchase orders, VAT returns, Year‑end accounts, Annual returns and Payroll/Pension.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of month‑end VAT return along with other ancillary accounts and office related works as may be necessary.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in VAT preparation software
  • Bookkeeping: 3 years (Required)

Education:

  • AAT

Skills Required:

  • Good operating knowledge of MS Excel

Job Type: Full‑time, Part‑time

Location: Dartford, Kent (Required)
