What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development and execution of integrated PR strategies that deliver impactful, creative campaigns across multiple channels.
• Oversee and guide the creative direction of campaigns, from concept through to flawless execution, ensuring consistency and standout results.
• Drive media relations efforts, including proactive outreach, story placement, and managing influencer collaborations to elevate client visibility.
• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, offering expert guidance and insights to shape and elevate their communications strategies.
• Mentor and inspire a talented team of account managers, creatives, and junior staff, ensuring exceptional campaign delivery and fostering their growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, track performance, and refine strategies for optimal results.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, monitoring the latest developments in PR, media, and digital, and using these insights to innovate and elevate client work.

• Extensive experience within an agency, with a proven portfolio of delivering successful, creative PR campaigns that span both traditional and digital media.
• Expertise in media relations, digital PR, influencer marketing, and content strategy across a variety of platforms.
• A creative, strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and pushing the boundaries of campaign design and execution.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to confidently advise clients, influence their strategy, and establish long-term partnerships.
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and motivating a diverse team to deliver exceptional results.
• A commercially driven mindset, with the ability to grow accounts, identify new opportunities, and deliver measurable results.
