- Own the client relationship – Be the primary point of contact, building trust and ensuring seamless communication through regular updates, reports and campaign progress calls.
- Deliver strategic campaigns – Shape marketing strategies tailored to each recruitment brief, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.
- Drive outcomes – Oversee operational delivery across multiple projects, ensuring talent pipelines are strong, campaign performance is measured, and hiring targets are met.
- Work collaboratively – Join forces with internal delivery teams to ensure each project has the right resources in place to succeed.

- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within early careers or volume hiring.
- Owning client relationships and acting as the trusted point of contact across live campaigns.
- Creating and presenting clear and engaging reports for a variety of stakeholders.
- Working proactively, using your initiative and solving problems independently and collaboratively.
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines with confidence, agility and positivity.
Bonus if you’ve previously worked with delivery teams or recruitment marketing functions - but transferable experience from agency, in-house or RPO settings is welcomed.
