What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying & securing new business in retail and hospitality.
- Owning the full sales cycle - from initial engagement to closing high-value deals.
- Building strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Navigating long sales cycles (typically 9-18 months) with a strategic approach.
- Collaborating with marketing & lead generation teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Negotiating complex contracts, ensuring the best commercial outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven track record of closing multi-million-pound B2B deals.
- Experience in hardware and/or software sales, ideally within retail or hospitality.
- Confidence in consultative selling, engaging stakeholders from operations to C-suite level.
- Strong negotiation skills, with experience handling complex contracts.
- Ability to work autonomously, managing your own pipeline and priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) for accurate forecasting.
