Greetings. We are hiring a Linux Administrator in Warwick.

Location: Warwick (On-site, 5 days a week)

Project duration will be around 1 year based on performance.

Department: Health Team Critical Applications Support

Position Purpose: The Health Team serves as the primary support for critical applications, ensuring stability, security, and operational excellence. This role requires strong technical skills, proactive monitoring, and effective collaboration with L2 support and partner teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 (L1) support for critical applications, troubleshooting queries and issues promptly.
  • Monitor systems and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Engage with L2 support and external partners for issue escalation and resolution.
  • Adhere to ITIL processes and best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and contribute to risk mitigation efforts.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Monitoring tools and techniques
  • ITIL process knowledge
  • Proficiency in Linux and scripting
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills for L1 issues.
