We are hiring for a Tech Support Lead position in London, UK. This is a fixed-term or subcontract role with immediate joining and 100% work from the office.

- Root cause analysis and problem management for recurring issues
- Create workarounds which can be applied by junior team members
- Perform change management, planning, coordination, and deployment in pre-prod and prod environments
- Responsible for CSIP and automation of manual jobs/activities
- Analyse vulnerabilities and progress vulnerability fixes
- Perform capacity management activities
- Perform disaster recovery activities and failover testing
- Create SOPs for L1, L2 junior resources
