We are hiring for a Tech Support Lead position in London, UK. This is a fixed-term or subcontract role with immediate joining and 100% work from the office.

- Good understanding of ITIL process & experience of leading a team
- Good knowledge of GCOOMS, ArcGIS, GCP and Kubernetes
- Good understanding of Java and willingness to learn new technologies
- Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux Operating System & Shell Scripting, SQL, PL/SQL
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of L2, L3 operations experience of relevant domain (OSS, B2B, Wholesale, Corporate)
- Root cause analysis and problem management for recurring issues
- Create workarounds which can be applied by junior team members
- Perform change management, planning, coordination and deployment in pre-prod, prod environments
- Responsible for CSIP, automation of manual jobs/activities
- Analyse vulnerabilities and progress vulnerability fixes
- Perform capacity management activities
- Perform disaster recovery activities, failover testing
- Create SOP for L1, L2 junior resources
