Adroit People is currently hiring for a Technical Solution Architect.
Duration: 3 months to start with
Location: Birmingham / Manchester / Glasgow / Newbury
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite). The candidate should be willing to travel to any of the above locations. They must be able to travel to at least two of these locations.

Job Spec Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Highly effective technical planning across customer, internal and 3rd Party technical teams
- Builds influential and effective relationships with technical, service and delivery teams
- Builds astute relationships within customer organisations
- Effective management of internal and external teams
- Business Acumen/Transformation focussed
- Experience of designing in one or more core areas of UC, Contact Centre and LAN/WAN related technologies
- Significant experience of fixed product market, in depth understanding of complex customer solutions including UC, Contact Centre and LAN/WAN related technologies
- Proven track record for delivery of large scale, complex projects delivering IT/Telco customer solutions; demonstrable leadership skills and organisational experience
- Customer evangelist / Product Champion
- High standard of stakeholder management, written communication skills
