- 7 to 11 years of hands‑on Agentry experience including migration of Syclo Agentry to SMP. Should have at least performed one full end‑to‑end migration project.
- Experience in application development using Syclo Agentry (Work manager) / SMP with Maximo as backend is mandatory.
- Experience in developing configurations, screens, rules, Data Table, Complex Table, transaction etc using Agentry Editor.
- Experience in development using Open UI, SQL queries, configure/test handheld devices, RHEL/Linux experience is needed.
- Strong hands‑on experience in application development using Java/J2EE.
- Hands‑on experience in carrying out migration to cloud is preferred.
- Experience tuning SQL queries and troubleshooting Oracle 11g, 12c database operations related to the Java applications.
- Familiarity and understanding of code versioning tools, such as code commit/VSS.
- Familiarity and understanding of Deployment Automation and Configuration Management tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD build tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Sonar Qube is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging skills and creation of unit tests for development code.
- Good communication, adaptability, and self‑learning skills.
