Role & Responsibilities
- Requirement analysis and impact analysis of the changes
- Provide estimates for the changes
- Document the technical design document
- Make the necessary code changes and maintain the code in the version control tool used by the client as per coding standard
- Carry out unit testing of the deliverables
- Preparing and conducting handover of changes to Production Support
- Carry out in bug fixes where necessary
- Support live deployment and post go‑live warranty
Required Technical Skills
- Database: Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL
- Managing Tools: GIT, JIRA
Required Soft Skills
- Client facing
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Write well‑structured source code and comment it appropriately
- Team player and able to work under own initiative
- Good communication skills
- Discuss topics in technical details and at a high level
- Provide accurate status reporting on assigned tasks
- Work collaboratively with other project team members
