MD-level NSEC / Cyber Change Delivery lead to accelerate the transformation (MD-level equivalent).
Contribute to the development of the broader Cybersecurity NSEC strategy with an emphasis on people, process and the change capability required to execute the strategy.
Working closely with the Global Head of Cybersecurity Delivery to continually refine the multi-year Cybersecurity investment strategy.
Ensure delivery of the Cybersecurity NSEC programme in line with Cybersecurity vision and strategy.
Establish the frameworks and mechanisms that enable cybersecurity to manage and monitor its services and capabilities, ensuring value end-to-end across both RTB and CTB (One Wallet), and ultimately to our business and customers.
Drive accountability for the successful delivery of Cybersecurity NSEC change programme.
Establish the process to ensure demand for NSEC change investment is understood, quantified, and prioritized in line with Cybersecurity priorities and the strategic direction.
This will include facilitating the process to identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the Cybersecurity organization.
Develop and deliver a programme of continuous improvement across the cybersecurity function, improving processes and automation.
Support the prioritisation of cybersecurity investment and ensuring there is a robust financial criteria and balanced metrics aligned to the vision and purpose for each programme/project.
Support the development of a learning culture and embedding best practice in project management techniques.
