Position Overview: Experienced business consulting leader responsible for customer success, engaged consultants and growth of consulting business for the assigned industry vertical in TechM Americas. Accountable for both direct consulting and influenced revenue and profitability targets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish credentials as a trusted advisor with customer stakeholders.
- Ideate with customers to create proactive and innovative proposals around business problems.
- Set up vision and strategic goals for the consulting business for the assigned industry vertical/region in alignment with larger goals.
- Work with internal stakeholders (regional and vertical sales teams, other service lines) to develop and execute an annual business plan.
- Engage with sales, delivery and account teams to support revenue growth in targeted existing and new accounts through proactive proposals and RFP responses.
- Drive consulting marketing agenda in the assigned industry vertical/target accounts.
- Evaluate market needs, competition landscape, to identify & propose new consulting capabilities and services for the specific needs of the industry vertical/region.
- Provide governance, oversight and lead, if required, consulting engagements in the assigned industry vertical/region.
- Hire/motivate/mentor consulting team to meet business goals.
- Personally contribute in establishing thought leadership for the consulting practice in the region and globally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA from a leading business school.
- 12-15+ years of consulting experience.
- Strong facilitation skills; excellent oral and written business communication skills.
- Experience of working in Agile.
- Proficiency with Process modelling tools such as ARIS/Visio/Bizagi.
- Lean & Six Sigma Certifications (Preferred, not mandatory).
- Ability to lead teams with a sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service.

- Ability to structure and manage intensive workloads.
- A worthy team player, dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the team.
