Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HCM Lead / Solution Architect with deep expertise across Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Suite, Learning, and HR Help Desk (HRHD). The role involves leading end-to-end solution design, driving implementation strategies, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of Oracle HCM solutions across Core HR, ORC, Talent, Learning, and HRHD modules.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable HCM solutions.
- Provide functional and technical leadership during implementation, rollout, and support phases.
- Drive solution best practices, ensuring optimal utilization of Oracle HCM capabilities.
- Oversee integrations, data migration strategies, and system configurations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data security, and governance standards.
- Mentor and guide functional consultants and project teams.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and client presentations.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, ORC, Talent Management, Learning, and HR Help Desk.
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end HCM implementations and solution architecture.
- In-depth understanding of HR processes, especially within large or complex organizations.
- Experience with integrations (HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, APIs).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Prior experience in the higher education sector is an advantage.
