- Understanding of ETL and SQL
- Linux basics
- Knowledge of ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow)
- Tools: DataStage, SSMS (SQL), Unix/Linux, Jira, ServiceNow
- Knowledge on design, build and migrate applications using IBM DataStage
- E2E support for production applications along with P1/P2 incident root cause analysis and providing solutions for job failures
- On-call support on a rotational basis to provide 24/7 support
