We are looking for an experienced Policy Delivery Manager to join the Healthcare England HPV Self-Testing team in Healthcare SE Digital Screening, working within an Agile delivery environment. You will be responsible for progressing the policy workstream that underpins the development of a new HPV Self-Testing platform, enabling citizens to self-test at home. Acting as a key bridge between policy and technical teams, you will translate complex policy detail into technical requirements and vice versa. You will engage senior stakeholders, policy teams and the Agile delivery team, ensuring policy decisions are communicated clearly and delivered effectively. This is a largely remote role.
- Proven experience working with healthcare England policy teams, with a strong understanding of how Healthcare England operates
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and technical teams
- Ability to translate complex policy into technical requirements and vice versa
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Strong planning, risk and dependency management skills
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Experience working on digital health or screening programmes within the Healthcare
- Experience coaching or mentoring others in Agile ways of working
- Knowledge of healthcare England procurement and commercial frameworks
- Experience working on citizen-facing digital services
- Previous experience working at Senior Delivery Manager level within a government or Healthcare context
