We need someone who has done actual Agentic AI projects / implementation and managed an AI portfolio hands-on.

Role Purpose:

Own the governance, prioritization, and value realization of a portfolio of Agentic AI programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy, optimal resource allocation, and successful scaling of AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the portfolio roadmap for Agentic AI initiatives.
  • Prioritise programs based on business value, feasibility, and ROI.
  • Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and review cadences.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and transformation goals.
  • Oversee multiple Agentic AI programs across business units.
  • Track progress across programs for timeline, cost, and benefits realization.
  • Manage interdependencies and cross-program risks.
  • Ensure consistency in delivery standards and frameworks.

Financial and Resource Management:

  • Manage portfolio budgets, forecasts, and cost optimisation.
  • Allocate resources across programs based on priority and demand.
  • Track ROI, cost savings, and value realization metrics.
  • Drive efficiency in AI adoption and scaling.

Governance, Risk, and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security and legal standards.
  • Define audit and reporting mechanisms.

Executive Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Provide portfolio-level reporting, dashboards, and insights.
  • Drive strategic decision-making and investment prioritisation.
  • Lead change management and organisational adoption.

Technical Stack:

Must Have:

  • Strong experience managing portfolios of large-scale technology or AI programs.
  • Experience in financial management, governance, and strategic planning.
  • Good understanding of Agentic AI ecosystems and enterprise AI architectures.
  • LLM platforms and hybrid AI strategies.
  • Experience with enterprise delivery frameworks (Agile, SAFe, or hybrid).
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in enterprise AI or digital transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with LLMOps, RAG, and AI observability concepts.
  • Exposure to agent frameworks or AI platforms.
  • Experience in Telecom, BFSI, or large enterprise environments.
