We are looking for an SC Cleared ServiceNow Developer to join one of our public sector clients. Rate: Up to £700pd (Inside IR35) Contract Length: 8 months Location: occasional travel to London SC clearance required Essential Extensive experience in ServiceNow development, with strong skills in Scripting, configuration, and module customisation. SIR Module Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with the Security Incident Response (SIR) module, with a deep understanding of security workflows and incident management best practices. Integration and Automation: Demonstrable experience with API integrations and automating security workflows within the ServiceNow platform. ITSM and ITOM Knowledge: Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules to support broader platform initiatives. Agile Delivery: Experienced in agile methodologies, capable of contributing to sprint planning, refinement sessions, and regular stand-ups. Problem Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve complex platform issues, with a proactive approach to improving processes.
