Job Description Senior Bid Manager Permanent | Remote-first | Occasional travel to London | Up to £65,000 + bonus We're looking for an experienced Senior Bid Manager to join a fast-growing consultancy and take ownership of its public sector bid and framework activity. You'll take the lead across key government frameworks including DOS 7, G-Cloud, TS4 and future frameworks as they are awarded, identifying opportunities, managing submissions and driving bids from initial qualification through to contract award. Lead, write and coordinate compelling tender submissions from initial opportunity through to contract award with support of the team. Develop and improve bid processes, content and best practice as the business scales. Most importantly, you'll have a proven track record of leading successful tenders from start to finish, with demonstrable experience of converting opportunities into contract awards. Excellent bid writing and storytelling skills. Strong commercial judgement and the ability to identify the opportunities worth pursuing. You'll have the freedom to shape how bids are run, help determine which frameworks and opportunities the business pursues, and directly contribute to the consultancy's growth in the public sector.
