Location: Hybrid - a combination of home working and office based work at our King's Lynn office

Salary: £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience

About the role: As a Wellbeing Support Officer at Adrian Flux, you will play a central role in delivering our proactive and preventative wellbeing strategy. This position focuses on supporting all employees across the Adrian Flux Group by providing structured Wellbeing Sessions, offering guidance, and helping individuals maintain and improve their overall wellbeing. You will be responsible for reviewing wellbeing questionnaires, hosting 30 minute virtual sessions, offering tailored advice, and signposting appropriate resources. This role requires someone who is empathetic, approachable, and experienced within the wellbeing sector, with the confidence to support individuals presenting with a wide range of wellbeing concerns. Your work will help us identify issues earlier and ensure that every employee has access to timely, meaningful support.

Key Duties

  • Wellbeing Sessions & Support
    • Deliver one to one Wellbeing Sessions for employees across the business, providing a safe, supportive, and confidential environment.
    • Review completed wellbeing questionnaires in advance and use your knowledge and experience to offer tailored feedback and guidance.
    • Provide appropriate resources, signposting, and practical strategies to support individuals with their wellbeing.
    • Offer follow up sessions where appropriate, ensuring continuity of support.
  • Proactive Wellbeing Delivery
    • Support the rollout of our preventative wellbeing model, ensuring all employees have access to regular wellbeing check ins.
    • Help identify early signs of wellbeing concerns and escalate appropriately where required.
    • Contribute to the development of wellbeing initiatives that promote a healthier workplace culture.
  • Ad Hoc Support
    • Provide timely wellbeing support for employees who require assistance outside of scheduled sessions, with the aim of arranging sessions within a maximum of 7 days.
  • Record Keeping & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate, confidential records of all wellbeing interactions in line with data protection requirements.
    • Provide anonymised insights and trends to management to help inform organisational wellbeing strategies.
  • Professional Development
    • Stay informed about current wellbeing trends, research, and best practice.
    • Continually develop your knowledge and skills to ensure the highest standard of support is provided.

About you:

  • Essential Experience in a wellbeing, support, counselling, or mental health related role.
  • Relevant wellbeing, coaching, or mental health related qualifications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Empathy, emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm and supportive.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
  • Ability to work well within a small team, as well as being able to work independently.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of workplace wellbeing practices and early intervention approaches.
