Customer Service Advisor
This role will be telephone-based dealing with mostly incoming telephone enquiries. Your duties will involve offering our customers a complete customer care package. This will cover a wide range of subjects in connection with our customers insurance, with an emphasis on helping customers with their policy enquiries.
Salary:£23,000 – £25,000
Within the first 12 months, you could realistically increase your starting salary by £5,000 with bonuses and overtime payments.
Once established in the role, annual earnings of in excess of £30K are realistically achievable with salary, bonuses and voluntary paid overtime.Bonuses: up to £350 per month subject to performanceLocation: We have 3 offices to choose from:
- East Winch, PE32 1HN
- North Lynn, PE30 2HZ
- Norwich, NR1 4GA
100% remote/home working or a hybrid role between office and home working are also available.

Were looking for people who enjoy interacting with a variety of different people and are comfortable doing so over the telephone. Youll need to be a motivated, committed and reliable individual who thrives on going the extra mile for customers.
Successful applicants must also be customer focused and able to work in a high paced, versatile and dynamic team. Previous customer service experience is not required, but a confident and friendly telephone manner and excellent communication skills are essential.
The Role:
Your duties will involve offering our customers a complete customer care package. You will deal with mostly incoming telephone enquiries covering a wide range of subjects in connection with our customers insurance.
These may include: providing quotations for motor, commercial and household insurance; renewing customers policies; discussions about outstanding paperwork or payments; processing changes customers may wish to make to their policies; cancellation requests and dealing with general customer enquiries.
Successful candidates will receive full training on: our range of products, how best to meet our customers requirements and how to use the computer system.
Opportunities to earn generous bonus payments by reaching performance related targets are also available.
Hours of Work:
We pride ourselves on our flexible working benefits and the control it provides our staff. During the training process, you will work 32 hours per week, but once trained you can benefit from our flexible working hours, as outlined below.Flexible Working Hours:
We offer flexible working, enabling staff to create their own working pattern. Once training is complete, staff work either 30 or 35 hours a week depending upon their working pattern chosen.
Hours must be worked during opening hours which are: Monday Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm and Saturday 9:00am 3:00pm. Saturday working is optional.
