Our client is a growing independent main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering residential, commercial and permitted development projects across London and the South East. They are now seeking a Document Controller to join their expanding team.
This is a key role supporting live construction projects and ensuring all project information is managed accurately, efficiently and in line with company procedures.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing drawing registers
- Logging and issuing technical documents
- Maintaining revision control
- Tracking approvals
- Archiving project records
- Ensuring teams always have access to the latest information
You will liaise with site teams, consultants, subcontractors and clients to keep information flowing and deadlines on track.
Candidates should have previous experience in document control within construction, property or engineering environments. Strong knowledge of document management software, preferably Procore, would be beneficial, along with excellent IT skills, organisation and attention to detail.
