An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing, design-led luxury housebuilder delivering high-spec residential developments across Surrey, Berkshire and the surrounding Home Counties. Our client is a quality-focused business with a strong reputation for delivering bespoke homes and premium residential schemes with exceptional attention to detail, high specification finishes and thoughtfully designed living spaces.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are now looking to appoint a Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of projects from site set-up through to completion and handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
