A leading residential housebuilder is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take full responsibility for a large, high-quality new build housing development in West Sussex. You will lead site teams from start to completion, driving programme, quality, health & safety, and customer satisfaction across the development.
Key responsibilities:
- Overall management of a residential new build site
- Lead and mentor Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, and site teams
- Ensure delivery against programme, budget, and build quality standards
- Maintain the highest health & safety standards
- Liaise with technical, commercial, and customer care teams
About you:
- Strong background as a Senior Site Manager on residential new build schemes
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills
- Experience managing multiple plots or complex phases
