With a strong order book and continued growth, the company is now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial management of multiple projects across the South East.
The Role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of construction projects from procurement through to final account. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing project costs from procurement through to final account
- Subcontractor procurement and package management
- Preparing and managing variations and valuations
- Commercial reporting and cost control
- Working closely with site teams and project managers
- Supporting the commercial delivery of carpentry, joinery and fit-out packages
- Monitoring project budgets and ensuring commercial performance
- Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and clients
The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with both the site and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
