An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established Tier 2 contractor delivering residential and commercial projects across South London and the Home Counties. This Project Manager role sits within a growing business with a strong pipeline of secured work, built on repeat relationships and consistent delivery. The successful Project Manager will take ownership of a key scheme, playing a central role in its delivery.
The Role:
- Lead the project as the Project Manager from pre-construction through to completion
- Manage programme, quality, cost and client expectations as the lead Project Manager
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
- Maintain and develop strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle
About You:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering projects £10M+
- Strong residential contracting experience (essential)
- Background as a Project Manager within refurbishment, cut & carve or major fit-out preferred
- Experience in commercial to residential conversion advantageous
- Alternatively, a Project Manager with strong new build residential experience will be considered
- Confident Project Manager with the ability to lead, influence and drive projects forward
